How he is stalking and harassing me

• Works at the store DIRECTLY behind my house.
• Bangs on the dumpster in the middle of night waking me up.
• Throws trash in my yard.
• Dumps the dust pan in my yard after sweeping the store parking lot.
• Makes threatening hand gestures at me.
• Told me in 2010 that he can do whatever he wants to me and he will get away with it.  That he has told everyone that I am just crazy psycho out for blood.

Even though he was removed from my home September 30, 2009, he still torments me to this day. He works at the 7-11 directly behind my house. The no contact order expired in November of 2011 and things have been escalating. It started out with him just dumping garbage in my yard, instead of the dumpster between my property and 7-11’s property. It then escalated to life threatening hand gestures. He will form his hand in the shape of a gun and act like he is shooting me. Geoff will also do the slicing of the neck motion while pointing at me. He has even just stood there staring at me. He does all of this while he works the night shift on the weekends.

I have called the police and they do nothing. I am told I need physical evidence or a witness to prove anything. When I went into the store manager to complain, she treated as if I am just some crazy person out for blood. She told me that she doesn’t care and that if I were to come onto the property, I would be arrested for trespassing. She also implied that Geoff had already forewarned them that I will be acting out to get him in trouble. This was his way of being able to get away with what he is doing. He no longer takes the trash out alone. Still even with an escort, he will walk slightly behind his co-worker and continue with his threats.

Geoff has become even bolder by corning my daughter and telling her that I have to call him because he wants to for the three of us to have lunch in order hash things out, move forward and to be a family again. When I refused he conned her into giving him my number. This was two months after I have had enough and complained to the corporate office.

Geoff knows that there he is nothing to be done to gain entry back into my life. He has realized that he no longer has control over me and that infuriates him. This so called lunch he wants for the three of us to have has nothing to do working on things and being a family. He just wants to intimidate me and put the fear of god back into me again. I have had two phone conversations with him and both times everything was that same as it always has been. My pain is nothing to him, there has never once been a real apology from him. Never once has he acknowledged what he has done to me or how he has forever changed both my daughter’s and my life for the worse. He never will.

The only reason he has remained working at 7-11 is have access to me. He has played the good guy act to all of his co-workers to the point that not one of them has ever thought. “If she is so crazy and out for blood than why don’t he put in a request for a transfer or find another job.” He has played the crazy making card so well and has built himself up so much to them in preparation for what he has planned to do to me.
